Rocky Mount Meatloaf

Our Rocky Mountain Meatloaf is a combination of ground elk, ground bison, and Gold Canyon Gourmet Angus ground beef mixed with mozzarella and Parmesan, topped with marinara and garlic rosemary au jus, and finished with shaved Parmesan. Served with your choice of side, sautéed vegetables, and warm bread.

Chipotle Panko Trout (Spicy)

Rocky Mountain Rainbow Trout pan-seared with a light dusting of herbed panko then topped with a creamy chipotle drizzle. Served with a lime wedge, your choice of side, sautéed vegetables, and warm bread.

Pesto Pasta

Fettuccine tossed in a creamy house-made cashew basil pesto with sautéed mushrooms, onions, spinach and roasted red peppers, then topped with shaved parmesan. Served with your choice of side, sautéed vegetables, and warm bread.
